other venues for over 25 years and has fueled the growth of Big Ear, from its inception. His passion is
growing the business one satisfied person at a time, focusing on unsurpassed customer service and

“Whatever it takes”, is not a motto, it is a life choice that requires determination, strength, the
ability to get the job done without hesitation - and have fun while doing it.
Favorite book: Still Looking...
Favorite movie: R.V. with Robin Williams, A hilarious comedy about a guy who
rents an R.V. to travel with his family. Unintended events cause all types of issues and yet, he seems

transportation. He has driven commercially in 48 states and Canada. He has trained commercial drivers and
dispatch personnel as well as developed teaching aids to assist in performance.

gets you thinking about why we do some of the things in our life. It allows you to look inward and see
ways to change perspective so that you can achieve your goals.
Favorite movie:Summer School (1987) Mark Harmon, Kristie Alley. It is a movie

Title: Chief Information Officer
When working for BigEar Andy heads up all Computer and Server Systems. He also plays a big part in bringing new content and features to our Website. If it’s warm outside, that’s where you’ll find him.
Favorite book:The SAS Survival Handbook by John Wiseman. The information contained within is aimed at surviving in the most extreme conditions. Granted, not many of us will be stranded at the North Pole, but if we were, we'd know not to eat a polar bear's liver, because the amount of vitamin A contained therein is toxic!
Favorite movie:Touching the Void (2003) In 1985, two British mountaineers, Joe Simpson and Simon Yates, embarked on a daring--arguably reckless in the extreme--attempt to climb the previously unconquered mountain Siula Grande. A mixture of overconfidence in their own abilities and underestimation of the climb's difficulties brought them to grief after the successful slog to the summit. The film is an often harrowing account of their perilous descent.
Favorite activity:Backpacking. Andy loves the outdoors. Even more than computers! A sunny day, a trail, and his dog are all he'll ever need!

Favorite Hobby:Tracy plays bass and sings in a local bluegrass band called Acme Bluegrass. Acme plays here in Colorado Springs and some in Denver. Usually they just play for fun and you can truly see that they enjoy this hobby! Tracy provides a solid backbone with a steady beat on bass, either acoustic electric or upright.
